Hi-Tech believes that good customer service is the key to success as it stages at the frontline in bridging the company with all customers. Through the seamless management system, the frontline and supporting departments work hand in hand together to provide a total satisfaction to the customers.
The
marketing department is responsible for all enquiries & complaints
handling, quotation offers and sample submission. It leads the Sales and
Shipping Department in taking proactive approach in servicing the customers
and follow through all the logistics in meeting customerˇ¦s business objectives.
It also coordinates with the Manufacturing Department in high-quality
product development and production. The Finance and Administration Departments
act as the strong backbone of the total customer care.
